Great buying experience! We drove 6 hours in the rain and snow to look at a used vehicle. Stephany had the vehicle parked out front and ready for us to look at. Eric did a great job showing and telling us about the vehicle as he was the Land Cruise "go to". Whole entire process was great. Would drive the 6 hrs in the rain and snow again. Fastest and Easiest Car Buying Ever! Brenda Justak did a great job...very helpful and responsive without being pushy. When we decided to buy she and Sam Smith (finance) got us through the process in record time. I always get annoyed when doing a car purchase ends up being a three hour ordeal. I imagine a lease might take longer, but we got done in 75 minutes and that was with a lot of extra chatting....we probably could have been an hour if we had applied ourselves! Too early to evaluate the car and service but the buying process was awesome! Oh, and an hour later I got an email from the General Manager (Eric) thanking us and providing a contact point if we have any issues. Very Impressive! More

This is our 3rd vehicle purchase with Ed Martin and the entire staff have been helpful and professional each time. Purchasing a car can be confusing at times due to add-ons and package differences, but Ed entire staff have been helpful and professional each time.
