They beat two other dealers by over $850 on my trade in. Great people to work with, stress free, smooth transaction. They did not have the exact model and colors I wanted, so they found my car and brought it to the dealership at no charge. I got exactly what I wanted from Ed Martin, while their completion pressured me to but a car I did not really love at a higher cost and insulting trade in offer. Everything was good, except how deal was closed. I would recommend being very careful when financing through this dealership. I was mislead by the closing agent (John Hiatt) about what name my vehic I would recommend being very careful when financing through this dealership. I was mislead by the closing agent (John Hiatt) about what name my vehicle financing would be put in. Instead of putting the loan in my company name as I was promised, the loan was put in my personal name. This affected (albeit temporarily) my personal credit score and I was unable to get financing on another purchase I wanted to make shortly after. I was very clear with the closing agent from the beginning of my intentions, and feel I was lied to, just to close the deal. With that being said, almost all of my other experiences with the dealership were good. The manager promptly returned my phone calls, etc. More

Awesome experience - Nice and Quick Started out emailing to get the process started and get all my questions answered. From there I set up a time with Elizabeth to test drive the car. After purchasing a used car from Ed Martin Toyota, our salesperson Dustin Hoalt was having the car cleaned prior to us leaving and noted the check engine light had come on. The service department looked at it immediately and told Dustin there was an issue. Dustin and the service department fixed the issue no questions asked even though the sale had already been completed and did so very quickly. From start to finish our experience could not have been more pleasant. I can’t say enough about the courtesy and professionalism shown by your dealership and employees with whom my wife and I dealt with.
