Well worth the trip I found the used car listed online that I was looking for on Thursday night. Fred Holmes was the salesman that I dealt with on the phone and via email I found the used car listed online that I was looking for on Thursday night. Fred Holmes was the salesman that I dealt with on the phone and via email on Friday. We got a deal worked out by Friday afternoon, including trade-in. On Saturday I picked up the car, which was in excellent condition and as advertised. Fred and his manager Eric were very efficient and gave me plenty of time to look over and drive the car. Eric also walked me through the Android to Sync 3 connection for navigation, which I was not familiar with. The longest part of the transaction was waiting to meet with the finance department to prepare the documents and take the check. More

Unfortunately due to several miscommunications, lack of attention to detail in oversight of DCI doing the install work, and a mixup of incorrect parts being shipped resulted in a stressful completion of the sale, delivery, and final title/registration of the vehicle. Given the choice to do it again, not sure I'd have as expensive of a build done so far away. More

Justo got the ball rolling by calling me back after I talked to Marc Brown. Justo said Ed Martin would price match Andy Mohr, "not letting our competitors out do us." This call-back is what landed the deal to justify the 3 hour ride to the dealership. At Justo's desk, we signed a price sheet which came in handy. At the finance desk, there was an attempted additional charge of $251 tire tax which raised eye brows (i.e. per online sources, isn't this 25 cents per wheel for Indiana?) but was waived. Justo was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the Highlander we purchased. We very much appreciated the low volume of customers for Justo to get us in and out. Appreciated the top manger Eric Sarjeant who seemed quite engaged, but took a golden moment of time to greet us and thank us for our business. More
