smooth and great buying experience Went to meet with Eric on a Thursday evening around 5:30 PM. I tried a couple of cars that I had in mind to replace my 14 year old Mercedes (still perfect working conditions but I wanted a more uptodate model). Eric was very helpful to discuss everything I needed: car choice, financing,.... I left the Mercedes shop around 7:30 PM with a pretty good idea of what car I wanted to buy. Decision was made overnight and I texted Eric on Friday morning to make a 1:00 PM appointment to finalize the purchase and get the car. Everything was ready and it took only 1H15 minutes. At 2:15 PM I was behind the wheel of my new E sedan wagon 4 matic with final MD plates. Great and smooth experience. Eric has been very professional and helpful as well as the rest of the Mercedes staff I met. More

Great Experience! I was referred to Euro Motorcars in Bethesda when looking for a new vehicle. I had already been to another dealer and looking online for the vehicle I wanted. Eric was interested in finding the vehicle I was looking for with the features that were important to me. Pricing was straight forward from the start and lower than most comparable options. He was very prompt in communication and always available when needed. His level of knowledge made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Several times he pointed out details about the vehicle and financing options that may be of best interest to me. When the vehicle was delivered, Eric again facilitated the highest level of communication throughout the process. The driver, Anthony, took the time at delivery to go over the vehicle's features in detail and help to set up the Bluetooth on my phone. I felt truly cared about as a person and that I received the highest level of service. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be looking forward to doing business with them again when the time comes. More

I contacted my auto broker Chad Spencer of www.autoleaseconsultant.com in Florida and he worked out a deal with Eric in MD and introduced Eric and EuroMotorcars to me even though I was many hours away and many miles away. I couldn't have been more pleased with the seamless, professional, courteous way in which Eric and Chad handled this deal, including delivering this car right to my door in NY. I never had to step foot in the dealership which would have cost me time and money, of which I saved thousands.
