Eric was very well informed in the vehicle we were looking to purchase. We went to Kelly Nissan with a set price in mind for our 2013 Juke. The initial price we were given was very close to this. When we picked up our Juke the next day, we showed up a little earlier than our appointment, but everything was ready and in great shape for us. After making contact with Kelly via the internet, I was contacted by Kathy, a friendly person, who invited us to the dealership. I met Kathy at the appointed time and was then introduced to Eric from sale contacted by Kathy, a friendly person, who invited us to the dealership. Eric was friendly and professional and listened to my automobile needs and it's specifics.I told him the car that I wish to purchase was for my grand-daughter, Sadie, who accompanied me on my visit. Eric was attentive and spoke directly to Sadie. He listened to what features and color she wanted in her car choice - a Versa. He gave her a test-drive and gave Sadie information about the car generally and pointed-out features in the vehicle she could use and appreciate. Afterward we sat down to evaluate her Mazda Protege that she brought for trade-in. He explained our financing options and also introduced the applicable manufacturer incentives. We then arrived at a price and trade value that was attractive enough to make the purchase, without reservation, in a reasonable amount of time. We then returned to the dealership later to find the car thoroughly prepped and ready for the road, including having installed optional lighting underneath the dash - an item Sadie wanted on her new car. She loves her new car, and I was pleased by the deal with Eric who made the process painless and actually enjoyable. I will recommend Kelly to others, and will be sure to mention Eric's master salesmanship. We hope to continue a good relationship with Kelly Nissan during future service visits. More
