Eric was totally awesome! He was very informative about the car we were interested in, but not pushy in any way. The thing that impressed us the most, was when he asked if we would like to take the car fo the car we were interested in, but not pushy in any way. The thing that impressed us the most, was when he asked if we would like to take the car for a test drive, then simply left us get in the car and drive off, by OURSELVES! And yes, we bought the car!!!! More

When I first entered the Nissan dealer door, Eric was sitting at the desk to the right of the door. He immediately acknowledged my presence and was willing to assist myself and my sister. Eric went outside and helped my sister with the vehicle she wanted to purchase (a nissan xterra). He showed us around the lot and let her test drive a few vehicles. While we were looking at some vehicles I questioned Eric if they sold Dodge trucks. He said yes they do but at a different lot. I told him my husband was looking to purchase a new truck for our business. He was about to buy from a different dealer. Eric said he is sure he can assist my husband and would give me one of his business cards. My sister continued to browse and did purchase a vehicle. When she decided on a vehicle we went inside with Eric and we met with Matt Kelly who also was extremely friendly and helpful. I said I had a request if my sister purchased a vehicle, they asked what it was and I said I would like to park my car on the concrete circle in front of their shop and get a picture. They said it would not be a problem and they would do it. A few days later my husband called Eric and met with him to shop for a dodge 2500 truck. Eric being as friendly and as helpful as he was the first time I met with him, assisted my husband and he also purchased a vehicle. Eric and Matt did remember my request for a picture on the concrete circle and said they would wash my car and take pictures, as well as let me take pictures. Let me tell you I was extremely happy and have showed the pictures to several people at my work and they were impressed and will definately keep Kelly Nissan in mind when looking for a new vehicle. From my experience, that little kind gesture from Eric and matt has gone a long way, I know doing something like washing my car and letting me get a picture didnt mean much to them but it was a big deal to me. That is definate customer service. More

I bought a new Nissan Xterra and Eric Sparrow was my sales person he was very helpful and experienced in all the cars that I looked at. It was time for my 1st 3,000 mile oil change and check up and I c sales person he was very helpful and experienced in all the cars that I looked at. It was time for my 1st 3,000 mile oil change and check up and I called him up and he made all the arrangements. I went in for the appt and everything was set up for me and I waited for the SUV and the wait was not long and Eric came to say hi and see how I was doing and so did Matt Kelly they are 2 great employees you have working for you. First of all this is my second new car purchase from this excellent dealer. My first was back in October 2011 and the experience was outstanding. How could it get any better you ask? Well it did, today 9/27/2012 I had an appointment with Eric Sparrow to test drive and review a 2012 Nissan Murano and Pathfinder. Eric met me at the door when I entered the dealership. I was warmly greeted by Sales Managers Greg Longmore and John Robert Lim, they make me feel welcome and that my business was appreciated. Eric took the time to explain each vehicle thoroughly. We took numerous test drives. At no time did I feel rushed or imposing on Eric's time. When I made my choice, Eric made sure I knew what each vehicle's "finance numbers" would be. I decided on a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder, it was love a first sight. The sales managers, along with Eric put together a deal I could not refuse. Since my Pathfinder was already on the show room floor, all ready to go, I had delivery later the same day. Again, the managers congratulated me and told me if I have any concerns, I should call them. Eric took the time to review the operations of the Pathfinder, activated my cell phone/Blue-tooth, and I was on my way. Oh, the vehicles at Kelly Nissan are delivered in the showroom on a red carpet, not on the parking lot in the weather, but in a well lighted, climate control area, and it makes a buyer feel doubly proud to have the publicity of taking delivery of their new ride. I highly recommend Kelly Nissan and in particular Eric Sparrow, he is FIVE STAR PLUS. Gracious, Knowledgeable and Professional. This is the second new Nissan I have purchased from Kelly in the last 12 months. Both sales were handled by Eric Sparrow. Both purchases went absolutely flawlessly. Eric and I spoke previous to my purchase visit and he took the time to review Nissan's that fit my needs. I made an appointment for the next day, and when I arrived Eric greeted me at the door. Eric was ready with a fist full of keys to take tests drives in some of my choices. He took the time to explain each unit before the drive, during the drive and answered my questions after each test drive. I was never rushed or not one of my questions went unanswered. Next we met in the showroom and went over the pricing on a couple of my choices. I settled on a new Pathfinder and honestly believe the price was even better than what I had calculated prior to my visit. The internet makes today's car shopper better informed, and I know Eric and Kelly Nissan are a dealership that embraces an informed car buyer. After I agreed on the deal, the delivery was set for later that day, not the next day, but the same day, how great was that. At the appointed time I arrived and my new Pathfinder was on the "Red Carpet" in the showroom for my inspection and again a thorough explanation of all the systems, etc in my new vehicle. Eric again took the time to go over all the bells and whistles of the Pathfinder, which is and was an excellent choice. Finally they opened the doors,and I got to drive my new ride out of the showroom. Eric called me later that day to make sure I was happy and satisfied, and I certainly am. I am happy with Kelly Nissan, Sales Managers John Robert Lim and Greg Longmore, and of course Mr. Eric Sparrow, my Five Star Sales Person. More

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Eric. I would not use anyone else! He is kind, caring, down to earth, helpful, most importantly, HONEST and just a great guy to deal with.
