I am a 21 year old female in college and I did not have anyone go to the Nissan dealership with me so I was very nervous because I have heard horror stories about about car sales people. Despite my situation, I knew that I needed to get a car because it is a necessity to commute to and from school and work. I was graciously greeted by Eric Sparrow and he smiled,shook my hand, and asked how I was doing. He sat me down so we could get started right away. He was training someone, and although I do not remember his name, he was also extremely friendly and helpful. They treated me as if they had already knew me. They gave me coffee :-), we joked around, and most importantly they answered each and every one of my 5 million questions. If they did not know the answer they did not pretend they did, they immediately found someone who did know the answer so I would not be steered in the wrong direction. They hooked me up with affordable insurance and they worked to get me payments that I can afford which is amazing and I am so happy I went to them. When I left and told people of my fantastic experience, I got the response over and over again that I was very lucky because the process of buying a car is not usually that much fun! I have used this dealer in the past to service my saturn ion. I was looking for a 7 or 8 passenger vehicle and decided to stop by Kelly Nissan on my way home from work. I expected to get ignored for the m ion. I was looking for a 7 or 8 passenger vehicle and decided to stop by Kelly Nissan on my way home from work. I expected to get ignored for the most, girl car shopping by herself, however I was presently surprised by my sales consultant Eric Sparrow. Eric greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a big smile. I advised him I only wanted a brochure for the Pathfinder SV and wanted to know if I could add a dvd player. Eric advised me that yes it was possible to add the dvd player, and asked me if I would like to take a look at one, and I said yes. I then asked for a 2011 leftover and he was able to find one for me. Eric sold me the car within an hour and never pushed me once. He showed me all the financing options that were available. Eric was also assisting a new sales consultant Ty C. I must say this gentleman was also very pleasant to work with. My sales consultant picked me up so that I did not have to make other arrangements to get my new vehicle. I just want to thank, Eric Sparrow, Ty C, and the entire Nissan staff for always being pleasant to work with. You have a great sales team. More
