This is the second new Nissan I have purchased from Kelly in the last 12 months. Both sales were handled by Eric Sparrow. Both purchases went absolutely flawlessly. Eric and I spoke previous to my purchase visit and he took the time to review Nissan's that fit my needs. I made an appointment for the next day, and when I arrived Eric greeted me at the door. Eric was ready with a fist full of keys to take tests drives in some of my choices. He took the time to explain each unit before the drive, during the drive and answered my questions after each test drive. I was never rushed or not one of my questions went unanswered. Next we met in the showroom and went over the pricing on a couple of my choices. I settled on a new Pathfinder and honestly believe the price was even better than what I had calculated prior to my visit. The internet makes today's car shopper better informed, and I know Eric and Kelly Nissan are a dealership that embraces an informed car buyer. After I agreed on the deal, the delivery was set for later that day, not the next day, but the same day, how great was that. At the appointed time I arrived and my new Pathfinder was on the "Red Carpet" in the showroom for my inspection and again a thorough explanation of all the systems, etc in my new vehicle. Eric again took the time to go over all the bells and whistles of the Pathfinder, which is and was an excellent choice. Finally they opened the doors,and I got to drive my new ride out of the showroom. Eric called me later that day to make sure I was happy and satisfied, and I certainly am. I am happy with Kelly Nissan, Sales Managers John Robert Lim and Greg Longmore, and of course Mr. Eric Sparrow, my Five Star Sales Person. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had! We called on Friday and let Nissan know what we were looking for and how much we were looking to spend. Ten minutes later we received a call back from Eric with Friday and let Nissan know what we were looking for and how much we were looking to spend. Ten minutes later we received a call back from Eric with pricing and details for a vehicle. The pricing and vehicle were right in line with what we had requested. We had also spoken with other dealerships and the offer from Kelly Nissan was the best. I went in on Saturday to look at the car and complete the paperwor. Everything was exactly as Eric said it would be over the phone. They didn't play any games. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back when I need my next car. More

We just bought our 6th vehicle from Kelly Nissan this month. Every single employee is always so friendly whenever you walk in the door! If you are going to buy a car from this dealership, make sure you ask for Eric Sparrow. He is an excellent salesperson to work with- not pushy at all and is definitely out for the customer's best interest- he makes every car buying experience personal and is just an overall great guy. The GM Terry Longmore is also very friendly and Nate Hughes was very helpful in getting us cars to test drive when Eric was out on a delivery. Nothing ever seems too much of a hassle for anyone- absolutely great dealership- I can understand in an economy that is down why this dealership is still doing business- they have the right core values- they are focused on the customer and doing what is right.
