I have been shopping around for a new nissan juke for a few weeks now. I really liked the car when it came out. I tried to make a deal at a couple of other dealers but we just could not make an agreement few weeks now. I really liked the car when it came out. I tried to make a deal at a couple of other dealers but we just could not make an agreement. At Kelly nissan, Eric Sparrow did the best he could to make us happy. We showed up at closing time and he stayed late to close the deal with us. We took home the juke that night. It has been an overall great experience working with him. I rated the customer service and quality of work as good but only because I waited a decent amount of time to have the employee go over my paper work to finalize my deal. I am over 50, and am comfortable with internet searches to browse inventory based on what I wanted in a new vehicle. I have enjoyed owning a pick-up because of the ability to carry most anything easily. When that was not an option, as I needed a vehicle right away, I went to the dealership, explained to Eric Sparrow what I was looking for, and he delivered!! I work 'off shift', and feel more confident with a 4x4. He helped me from start to FINISH in deciding what I could, and should, have in a 4x4 that would make me feel as comfortable as my 4x4 pick-up! I love my new cross-over :) Eric Sparrow, with his knowledge, and ability to sense what I needed, and the ease of finance options he made available is the main reason I would recommend this dealership. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Maxima SV Sport and they made it painless. My wife and I were thinking about leasing a new Rogue as well, but because we owed a little on our car we would have traded in, it didnt make financial sense to due so at the time.
