Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. Eric was an awesome person to work with and extremely helpful in my car buying process. There were times when I was unsure if I even wanted to purchase a vehicle and he backed off and was not to pushy li helpful in my car buying process. Eric Taylor made this the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. We did this deal without me visiting the dealership and he was so descriptive about the car and also worked on having the car shipped. We ever had.
