Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. I highly recommend this dealership. All the vehicles are indoors making it much more comfortable than being out in the heat. Eric Taylor in Sales assisted me. This is the fourth vehicle I've bought from Dallas lease returns. They make it very easy to find several options and understand what the going price is for various vehicles of different mileage and conditio returns.
