Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. Very helpful and patient. Worked around my schedule. I had a lot of kinks with scheduling and he worked with me. Listened to what I wanted and was not pushy. I find the dealership to be very professionals The customer service is superb. Literally everyone I passed coming/ going spoke and asked if I needed help. The atmosphere is very cozy, the popcorn was customer service is superb. Literally everyone I passed coming/ going spoke and asked if I needed help. The atmosphere is very cozy, the popcorn was fresh and my water intake was kept on point. What stood out the most for me and was heart felt is Eric’s humanism. I had a dilemma to occur that made me late for my appointment. My daughter had a bad tire preventing her from driving , she’s on the side of the road, we’re trying to locate a tire and Eric kept checking on us and extended assistance to send help. More
