Let me first say that the work done on my truck I had no problem with. As far as I can tell it was performed flawlessly. I purchased the truck along with an extended service contract that I was repeatedly problem with. As far as I can tell it was performed flawlessly. I purchased the truck along with an extended service contract that I was repeatedly assured by the Finance guy that "everything" was covered. Yeah, don't believe that crap - ever. Read the contract fully before signing it. So far, as near as I can tell, the contract does cover everything...Everything EXCEPT what breaks on my truck. Dropped my truck off on a Monday (made an appointment even). They didn't look at it until Thursday because apparently, they can't plan very well. Got it back a week later and it wasn't like it was a 10hr job or anything. I am mad at myself for falling for their service contract scam and mad at them for taking advantage of people. I'll get over it though, there is always beer to find solace in. More

I took my vehicle in which was a 2022 Ford Explorer, ST with a wind noise coming at the drivers side head. I requested a test ride with a service rep, and we both heard the noise. He said that if I left th with a wind noise coming at the drivers side head. I requested a test ride with a service rep, and we both heard the noise. He said that if I left the vehicle, they would service the vehicle within a timely manner. I was extremely pleased when they called after four hours and my vehicle was serviced. The noise is gone and I couldn’t be happier. More
