Great Experience!!! My mother and I spent all day last Saturday looking at various brands and models of new cars. When we got to the Eastside Hyundai dealership Eric Tuc My mother and I spent all day last Saturday looking at various brands and models of new cars. When we got to the Eastside Hyundai dealership Eric Tucker greeted us out in the parking lot, he listened to our needs and wants and brought us a beautiful white Sonata. We all went for a test drive, Eric was meticulous about calling out all of the features this car had to offer – very impressive. He even let us take the car home so that we could drive it over the weekend. When I went to negotiate the price of the car (the experience is usually like getting a root cannel) it was actually pleasant. My mother asked Eric if he could have someone come over to her house and program the garage door opener, he said that he would follow her home and program it himself. Now that’s customer service!!! I highly recommend Eric and the Eastside Hyundai dealership! More

Good people, Avg. deal, the car itself?,have only had 2 days I hate large purchases like this, I only do them a couple times in a lifetime, always leave feeling I should have gotten a better deal, I always give I hate large purchases like this, I only do them a couple times in a lifetime, always leave feeling I should have gotten a better deal, I always give in too early, I am not a barterer, gave away too much of my hard earned cash, but it is their job to provide for their business and the families of those who work for the dealership, but it is also my job to look after the money for my family, my grade for me, average or a bit below, and I know plenty of people who pay list price and have no problem doing so, but that's not me. The car, Sonata, from all reports I've read is supposed to be in the top 3 of the mid size category for this year, Hyundai has come along way to compete with Honda and Toyota, over the next 3 years we will see how this turns out, I'm hoping for the best. Best for last, the people. Chris Hott and Eric Tucker, I am so glad that these are the two men that we got paired up with, great guys, easy to talk to, low key, always had their attention, they were there for you. Chris went beyond the call, staying late after the doors were closed to talk to us, we apologize for taking his time away from his family. Eric, very professional in every way, had an answer for every question, willing to do what it took to show us what we wanted to see in a car.Thanks! Last but not least, I rated 5 stars on the two of the three subjects that applied to us, the one that was rated average,(price) was more a grade on myself. I was the one who gave in this time, but in three years when comes time for either a new purchase or new lease, I will be looking to get a better price for my family. The Customer Service and Quality of Work categories, to me, deals more with after the sale, how you are treated upon your return to get your vehicles worked on or serviced. Please do not take this in any other way than a positive for this dealership, I would recommend, at least those who I've commented on. More
