Excellent Sales Team! We had stopped to see Kenny Skinner about checking the 2018 Elantra as an upgrade for our 2013 Elantra. Also had questions about other models, Santa Fe & Tucson, that we had seen a lot of during our last vacation. The Sales Staff and Management are a GREAT TEAM; courteous, friendly, professional, and informative while working together to insure a pleasant and relaxing experience. When we arrived Kenny was already with customers, so the other staff members assisted Kenny by taking care of our questions, checking the vehicles with us, and let us test drive. It was a great experience to have everyone working together to insure we were taken care of. We discussed with Kenny the highlights and preferences, and he was able to get us the right vehicle immediately for us to test drive. 2019 Santa Fe SEL ‘Stormy Sea (Blue)’ with ‘Gray Stone’ cloth interior...WOW! It was perfect! We then met with Lisa Rouse, and she made the Financial event a wonderful experience. She was very informative and helpful with our questions and decisions. Leaving with the vehicle was also handled professionally and with our best interest. We went over all the vehicle specifics, link phone to multimedia/hands-free options, answered our questions; everything to give us the best experience ever. Wit This makes a total of 6 Hyundai's I have purchased from Hatchett Hyundai East. I had a 2014 Santa Fe Sport and we traded for the 2019 Santa Fe XL. With the XL we are able to take all of our grandkids with us when we are out and about. The salesman I dealt with was Kenny Skinner. He was absolutely great to work with. The warranty is the best in the business. What more could you ask for when purchasing a new vehicle. As you can tell this is my return to place for buying a car.
