Eric is a lifelong Arkansan who began his automotive career as a service advisor with a dealer group in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where he spent 11 years serving customers and learning the business. He then moved to Shreveport, Louisiana, continuing in automotive service for another 7 years before relocating again. In the fall of 2015, Eric, his wife, and their youngest daughter settled in Waco to join the Allen Samuels Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram family. When he is not at the dealership, he is most likely in his backyard working the grill or catching a rock concert anywhere one pops up around town.

Took my Chrysler 300 in for its scheduled maintenance as always. It was very busy for 8am so I expected a wait. The service department is very popular and stays busy, so I bring reading material. The technicians always do a good job on my vehicles and that is why I bring them to Allen Samuels dealership to get all my service and repairs done. Always have, always will. I don't go in expecting to be done in 10 minutes. I go in expecting my vehicles be serviced correctly, and they are. They do their best to get clients in and out as fast as humanly possible. I really appreciate these guys. Keep up the good work. Oh yea, Collin, me and you need to go fishing soon. Thanks guys. More

Very disappointing experience. We brought our Jeep in for a no-start issue and were told it needed a battery, which we paid to replace. The very next day, the low oil pressure ligh We brought our Jeep in for a no-start issue and were told it needed a battery, which we paid to replace. The very next day, the low oil pressure light came on. When we brought it back, we were told it needed nearly $2,400 in repairs. When we asked for copies of the diagnostics and technician notes to understand what changed, we were told there was “no point” in providing them. Lack of transparency and poor communication. I would not recommend this service department. More
