Working with the staff of Mercedes of Massapequa was an amazing experience from the start. He answered all my questions, worked through all the numbers and details of the lease and was available each time I had a follow up question. Eric who helped me with the delivery of the EQE was also awesome. He was so happy and personable and gave me his number and told me to text him any questions that came up. The day I walked into the dealership for the first time not only was I warmly greeted by the reception staff and offered water, but they actually rescued a kitten on a test drive (this part is not made up, I know it sounds crazy). They were even trying to figure out who was going to keep the kitten. So just to give you an idea of the staff there- they really go the extra mile for their customers (and even kittens). I legitimately hope friends or family are looking for a Mercedes soon so that I will have the opportunity to work with them again. I would 10/10 recommend them. More
