spatel0722, we clearly post and disclose our pricing upfront to everyone. Market adjustments are common among all brands and markets due to current market conditions, chip shortages and vehicle shortages. Every adjustment is clearly posted on the window of each vehicle for each customer to see. We do not discriminate due to race, color, religion (creed), gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment to everyone. I am sorry that you are not happy with the vehicle pricing however we are transparent and upfront with each and every customer.

Rachelle, my name is Eric Watson and I am the Manager that you are referring to in your review. I am sorry that you see my response as being rude and unprofessional. While in service you decided visit the showroom and upon my observation you were very rude, condescending and downright abusive to one of our Sales Associates. The Sales Associate was simply trying to fact find and point you in the right direction and again you chose to respond in a negative tone and even threaten that today wasn't the day for anyone to give you any problems. When we had the Sales Associate bring you into the Management office, the General Sales Manager Cory greeted you and stated "Good Morning Rachelle, I remember you. How can I help you?". Your response was "I remember you too and I didn't like you back then and I don't like you now". When he was trying to help you, you kept pressing for him to do something that he can not do and honestly your tone and demeanor were something that we will not tolerate. As I stated we are human beings, with feelings. If you could not be respectful and have mutual respect that we would have to part ways. We are always willing to help our customers however I do require that both parties are always respectful and courteous to one another. Our staff is the reason why we are the number #1 Kia dealership in Pennsylvania. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and while I will always hold my staff accountable for respecting customers and their fellow employees, I will always defend them when I feel as though they are not being treated fairly and in the end if I feel as though they are being abused. Respectfully, Eric Watson Director of Operations

Mr. Ficco we apologized for the miscommunication and put in writing at your request that we will honor the warranty. Although you made us aware of what your mechanic thought was the issue we needed to confirm their diagnosis. We did not have the part in stock in part because it's not a part for a common repair as your vehicle is a 2010 model year. We did confirm the diagnosis and ordered the part and are honoring the costs associated with the repair in accordance with your warranty coverage. Your 5 hour wait was because you would not let us figure out the issue with your warranty coverage and call you. You stated to the service writer and myself that "you'll wait as long as necessary". In part your delay was due to the warranty company returning our call regarding the coverage. That delay was beyond our control. We are sorry for any inconvenience that you experienced but we honored everything we said we would and again, you were not expected to wait because before hand, you were told we'd honor the repair. We also stated that we would call you regarding the phone call from the warranty company, your presence in our waiting area did not influence our commitment to resolve customer satisfaction. We always return calls and work with our customers regarding any issues that may occur. I'm truly sorry that you feel this way as we offered an alternative resolution to your wait til at our dealership. We love our customers and respect their time.
