He was very professional and t Joe Carazo went above and beyound to deliver excellent customer service on a car that suits my wants and needs. He was very professional and took the time to answer every question I had and showed me every feature of the car and how it worked in great detail. He was very warm, welcoming, friendly, and had a smile from start to finish. I really felt as though I had his full attention. Also Eric Watson went above and beyound to ensure that I walked out with a car that I loved and a price that fit into my budget. He helped me get out of a car I was not at all happy with and into one that I love. More

Blindisded! I am very disappointed by the dishonesty from the sales department. First off, I found a car through my credit union posted for $18, 900 and felt lik I am very disappointed by the dishonesty from the sales department. First off, I found a car through my credit union posted for $18, 900 and felt like that was a good price. After test driving the vehicle, I fell in love-my first mistake! When I met with the sales person and we were "working out the deal", I showed him the true car price. He took the information to someone and came back saying you need a trade in of $2000. "It's in the fine print". They were only offering me $1000 and said the price of the vehicle was $19,900. I accepted-my second mistake! I should have pushed for the $2000 trade in and for the True Car price. (Later on when I talked to my credit union, they said there is no fine print stating the trade in needs to be $2000. Their first lie!) So we went on and I stated I only wanted a five year loan with payments around $250 and what I was willing to put down to make that happen. They said okay and then I waited and waited and waited for the paper work to be "ready". They had me sign a paper stating that I would buy the car today if they could work out the deal we agreed upon; little did I know that they were not going to hold up their end of the agreement. When I finally went to sign the contract, I had probably been there 4 hours. I was tired and hungry-my third mistake! I sat with Eric who shuffled papers around and folded them and told me where to sign. He did not go over the contract step-by-step. He did not explain anything to me or go over the information. I assumed what we had agreed to was in the contract-my fourth mistake! The next day when I reviewed the paper work, I was astonished to see that they increased the sale price to $21, 900 and set up the loan for 6 years instead of 5. I feel cheated out of my money and aggrieved against my integrity; I don't know which one hurts more. I called and spoke to Shane Franco and told him of my concerns. He said he would look into the matter and get back to me...That never happened! I walk away with a car I still love and an invaluable life lesson learned. More
