This was a very po For the second time in 9 months we leased a car from Boch Toyota Norwood. In July my wife traded the mini van for a 2016 Higlander. This was a very positive experience with our sales person Richy Thenor and particularly with our sales manager Eric Yngve. At every possible step Eric provided exceptional communication and customer service. This past week I parted ways with my 2006 Ford Fivehundred. The car was very good to me. I wanted to get something bigger and more "truck Like". I went with a 4 Runner. Once again Richy and Eric provided great service even delivering the new car to my home on a Saturday AM. This was because I have plates that were being transferred and I could not drive my Ford legally. This was simply outstanding service in a very timely manner. Eric gets things done for his customers. It can be hard logistically with a family and job to spend allot of time at the dealership. Eric understands this and operates in a very thoughtful and efficient manner. I would absolutely go back again to work with these 2 gentlemen. More

Stereotypical Dealership... But worse. Boch is big, but that strength is also their weakness: They're too big to care. My experience: - Boch was DECEPTIVE about their ability to obtain a vehicle not in stock. - I canceled my order after a competitor who had the vehicle in stock offered me a significantly better deal in every regard: pricing, trade-in, options, financing...and customer service. - I made an appointment with David Demosthene to close things out and pick up the refund on my deposit. I arrived on time, waited 20 minutes, and he finally appears with other customers in tow. This was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. He apparently lost all interest after realizing I wouldn't be buying from him. - Swap Manager either (a) purposely lied about availability of the vehicle I wanted or (b) is inept at doing the job. (The competitor I purchased the vehicle from outright laughed when I told them Boch has a Swap Manager who doesn't work weekends or holidays and is out by 4:00 p.m.) - DO NOT GIVE BOCH YOUR MONEY unless you're certain you will buy their car. I waited several days with uncertainty for my refund. I was told that I had to prove the check cleared with my bank (that's not a typo: Boch wanted me to prove with written documentation from my bank that Boch made the withdrawal from my account); I brought the issue up with three managers (Ed Brown, Eric Yngve, Jean Joseph) over several days; I sent bank documents and several emails; I made nearly a dozen phone calls to Mr. Demosthene and other staff. No one followed up on my requests for my refund, NO ONE CARED...until they read the first draft of this review. All told, this isn't just one of the worst dealerships I've dealt with, but ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESSES I'VE DEALT WITH. More
