Your value is ZERO after signing purchase and sale. I decided to purchase the new RAV4 on Monday 02/15/2016 and added in the leather. I put 7000USD down payment and financed the rest. All the needed document were done and I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday 2/20. On Wednesday, I didn't hear any update about my car at all, I contacted the dealer and was told that I needed to add this new car to my insurance policy first and then called them back. On Thursday, I called back with the done status on insurance and was told that I had to come back to dealer to resign the leather installed paperwork. I did sign that paperwork when I purchased the car. But later, saleman told me that he would have my car ready on Saturday. On Saturday morning, I left the message for the saleman to let me know when my car would be ready so that I could come and picked up. I haven't head from him until 6PM, then I called him again. This time, I heard from a group of people (different voices) on the back ground said that they wouldn't deliver the car until I signed the paperwork. Later on, my saleman came over and explained to me that Financial guy did make a mistake on my financing. He didn't included the leather option into the cost of the deal. Because of that I needed to come back and re-signed all paperworks. THIS IS THEIR FAULT and they made me following up with them many times to make sure I would take the car on time(Saturday)? They should honestly tell me right away when they found out their mistake rather then They just told me to come back and sing Leather Installed paperwork. So fed up with the way they work post purchase, on Sunday 02/21/2016, I canceled the deal. They said that they would refund my down payment in 2 seperate times, the first one will be 5705USD right away, and the second one is 1295USD when they sold the car (cost of the leather). Until now, 03/29/2016, more than a month, I haven't received any refund amount from this BOCH dealer. The deal was canceled by themselves when they found out their mistake but they didn't tell me. In addition, they didn't canceled the financing from the bank until I received the letter from the bank asking to pay monthly payment 2 weeks later. They cleared it after I contact them. Almost a week ago, I contacted the Boch general manager Tim by phone and told him about my case. One of the sale mangers called me right back and told me that they will refund my money right away. Today 03/29/2016, almost a week passed, there isn't any amount credit back into my credit card. Need some peace, stay away. More

Effortless success My wife and I had an excellent experience at Boch Toyota in Norwood. We made an appointment ahead of time and when we arrived we were pleasantly gree My wife and I had an excellent experience at Boch Toyota in Norwood. We made an appointment ahead of time and when we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by a sales associate within a couple minutes and were handed off to another sales associate named Larry. He was very helpful in showing us the car that we came in to see and promptly gave us a test drive. Along the way we met Eric Yngve, Larry's sales manager, who could not have been more friendly and engaging. We both felt like he understood our needs completely. Whenever we asked to see different payment options, he was right on top of it and printed out a sheet each time we requested a change. It was so easy to go through and pick the right down-payment and financing term length! He was especially helpful when I noticed a couple minor scratches on the car and he had them taken care of with no issue, he made it feel like it was a breeze! He came through big time and when we came to pick up the car the next weekend. The car looked great and I could barely notice the scratches. We also had come up with out an appointment that day and he had the keys in our hands within the next 10 minutes after arriving! We had been to many other dealerships where we felt pushed around and Eric made our experience feel completely the opposite, he listened to our needs and met them quickly making us feel very relaxed. We could not have had a more enjoyable and comforting experience with Eric and Boch Toyota. If we ever plan to get another Toyota, we will definitely be going back! More

Tried to add $2500 to price of car when signing deal This place is an absolute joke of a company. I test drove a car and everything was fine so i moved forward with purchasing it. When i negotiated a pick up time everything seemed fine, went to pick the car up and it "wasn't ready for me" so i had to wait another week to get the car. It wasn't that the car wasn't ready that aggravated me it was the lack of communication, i was told that i would be ready to pick up. And then when signing the paperwork for the car they tried to sneakily add $2500 worth of their "warranty" to the price without telling me about it; clearly hoping id sign the document without looking at the paperwork. Once i finally got the car the fuse box cover was missing. i was told it would be replaced. I drove the car away and the plastic fog light cover fell off on the highway. Its been a month and I'm still waiting for my replacement parts. More

Highly Disappointing I bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from Boch and It was nothing but a headache. I went to the service department 5 times for the same issue (Knocking so I bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from Boch and It was nothing but a headache. I went to the service department 5 times for the same issue (Knocking sound) and was told that the issue was taken care of every single time. The service personnel seemed clueless to say the least, when asked what was wrong with my car, I was given a variety of misleading information. First, the rotors needed to get changed, that didn't fix the issue. Then, I was told that maybe there was a rock somewhere in the engine and that was causing the problem. They looked at the car, and after wasting another day, I was sent back on the road with the same issue. After going back and forth for a month to address this issue, I decided to trade in the car given the circumstances. I was offered $2000 less than what I paid for the car less than a month ago ( Depreciation they claimed). After being sold a lemon, they still claimed the car was in good working condition, and that I was over-reacting. After trading in the car, and buying a new car, I was told that I would't be able to drive my new car because they didn't have the title. I was given my lemon back to drive until they could locate the title. After going to the service department 6 times, the issue was still unresolved, and to top it off the check engine light was on. The ordeal lasted a month and thousands of dollars. I was told I would be getting some complementary parts for my car to make up for the lack of professionalism and utterly disastrous experience. As expected, I haven't received the parts or a phone call from the person who promised the parts. My overall experience? Awful! I was misled and cheated throughout the car buying experience. Top Notch It was time for the dreaded task...to buy a new car. It appeared that since I had purchased my last car, 10 years earlier, a new way to shop had em It was time for the dreaded task...to buy a new car. It appeared that since I had purchased my last car, 10 years earlier, a new way to shop had emerged...online viewing, comparing and negotiating. By last week, I had already been researching for many months and was more confused than ever. Finally, last Wednesday, I decided to go with another Toyota. I have had my last Toyota Corolla for over 10 years and it had over 235,000 miles on it. After contacting several dealerships, closer to my home, requesting price quotes for different cars, the offers started to pour in, by email and phone. Good deals...but, nothing felt right. I had purchased from Boch Toyota in Norwood last time and thought before I make my final decision that I'd give them another try. Requesting an online quote, Ryan Cassidy, from Boch Toyota, emailed me with a great offer. A short time later I received a telephone call from Mark Gilson asking if I had received all of the information that I needed and if there was anything that he could do to assist me. He patiently listened as I expressed all of my apprehensions about car shopping and he noted my concerns and reassured me. We set up a time for me to see some cars the next day. When I arrived, Claudia, at the reception desk, gave me a bright smile and told me someone would be right with me. Rick Malabre welcomed me and brought me out to the lot so that I could look at and test drive a car. He was so patient and kind and spent so much time helping me. (It ended up being 3 cars that I was interested in seeing) Eric Yngve came out to appraise my trade in and joked about my mileage...yes, amazingly, it was the original engine, clutch, etc. (I had taken good care of my little Corolla). He offered me a fair price for the trade in. Back in the showroom, one of the Sales Managers, Tom Siuda, came by to see if he could do anything to assist me. He patiently listened as I explained I was overwhelmed and unsure of which car I wanted and that I needed more time in deciding. He was very understanding. Friday morning I went back to Boch Toyota and met David Demosthene. David was so positive and kind and knowledgeable. I told him that I thought I had made my final decision, but wanted one last look at the cars. He patiently showed me each. Finally, I knew this was the one. I test drove it and was very excited. David then calmly walked me through each step in the process to purchase the car. Tom Siuda checked back with me to see how things were going and to make sure that I was satisfied. Holly Verado came over and was great in helping me to choose some accessories, for the car. Mike Daoud, in finance, was easy to talk to and very helpful. I told Mike that I wished there was some way I could tell someone about how exceptional everyone at Boch had been, in helping me. At my request, Mike brought me over to Jason Aufiero, the General Manager, of Boch Toyota in Norwood. I told Jason that every person I had dealt with, at Boch, had been exemplary and that they were a credit to the dealership. I know that I have written a long review, but, I was so reluctant to purchase a car and so afraid to be taken advantage of, that I want to really express my gratitude to everyone at Boch Toyota, who so patiently helped me and did their job so exceptionally well. Pleasant and hasssel free I recently bought a 2015 Tacoma from Boch Toyota and I have to say they take the hassel out of buying a vehical everyone I worked with was very profes I recently bought a 2015 Tacoma from Boch Toyota and I have to say they take the hassel out of buying a vehical everyone I worked with was very professional and did not try to pressure me into buying a truck. Vito my salesman was helpful and knowledgable Eric Yngve the sales manager was great he pulled the whole deal together he was very fair on both my trade in and the price on my new Tacoma just a great guy to sit down and work out a deal with. I have already recomended Boch to some friends and I will definately be a return customer. Thanks Again Boch Toyota More

Eric was superb and always available to help I am very pleased at the treatment I received at Boch, indeed. I was at many stores looking for a Venza and was impressed with the car I purchased and the process, even the financial person, Rich, was very good. ALL IN ALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND BOCH TOYOTA! More
