Bought a used Rav4 me and my father went to this dealership to look at a used rav4 that we saw online. before we got to the dealership i had entered my number online and me and my father went to this dealership to look at a used rav4 that we saw online. before we got to the dealership i had entered my number online and someone from the dealer was texting me and when i had arrived the car was parked out front. we inspected the car and everything seemed good minus the dead key fob battery. its understandable since its a used car. we met with the sales rep and manager and both were awesome and helpful. they helped replace the key fob battery and also program a second key fob for us as well. More

Excellent experience On the phone when we made the appointment we asked for "Joe B." the salesperson who we had dealt with previously. When we checked in at the desk they On the phone when we made the appointment we asked for "Joe B." the salesperson who we had dealt with previously. When we checked in at the desk they brought us to his desk to have us wait for him and within a minute he was there to assist . We had done our research and knew what we wanted. Everyone listened to us and worked to get us what we were looking for. We bought the car we wanted and got the deal we wanted. Financing and paperwork went smoothly.We said we would pick up the car the next day and it was ready as promised. Joe even came in on his day off to be sure we were taken care of as "his" customers. Steve explained all the electronic systems and was excellent. All my questions were answered and everything I needed was working properly before I left ( phone, navigation, etc..).. This is the second car I bought from them and I would definitely do it again. More
