It starts with Jim Barth who did such a wonderful job presenting the features of my 2015 Toyota 4 Runner that guess what? I bought it! I was impressed at Jim taking quality time to share all the 4 Runner had to offer and taking our time for a drive. Jim also helping present lease versus payment options was appreciated also. The follow up calls by Jim and Gina of Toyota customer care really made me feel the Toyota Boardman team were there to help me with my decision to purchase. And Erica, totally helpful again! Erica got us a great loan rate and clearly explained the extra coverage offers which we did choose. Bottom line I sum the Toyota of Boardman team (Jim, Gina, Erica) supportive and caring, not at all pushy. Now that's professionalism! More

The folks at Toyota of Boardman are experienced at handling the process, and take care of all of the paperwork, including collecting your state's sales tax and doing all of the work for you. And, they can get you processed very quickly if you need to, once you make your decision. Also, they can arrange to pick you up at the Cleveland airport - which is about 80 miles away - saving you the hassle of renting a car and returning it. I got a great deal on a fantastic vehicle. I had never been too interested in the "Certified Pre-owned" process before, but doing that really puts you at peace of mind that everything on the car is "just right". I would say the only small hitch was, i was in the finance person''s office before getting a chance to take the car for a short spin. I was already 99.99% sure that I was buying the car, but just had to drive it a little to make absolutely certain. More

I had a 2010, 2012 & just got my 2015 yesterday. All of them from Toyota of Boardman. I got exceptional service from Jim and all of the staff. Very professional and friendly. I had checked around at different dealerships, just checking if I would want to try something new. But the quality of the rav4 is not there in other vehicles in my price range. With us having more bad weather, then good weather in Ohio, I will probably always have a SUV. I never thought I would lease, but being the reliability of the vehicle and the exceptional warranty with free oil changes, and tire rotation is hard to beat. I think of it overall for the year, for around $300 a month ($3600.00) year, no other car expenses, its a great value. Totally recommend the entire staff! More
