I know buying a car can be stressful and dreadful and all the emotions to go into it that you don't even want to go down to the dealership and talk to anyone cuz you're worried about the deal that might happ the emotions to go into it that you don't even want to go down to the dealership and talk to anyone cuz you're worried about the deal that might happen it might be such a bad deal well you can throw all that I'm out the window with Ghent Chevrolet cuz I was dreading going to get my new truck and I didn't want to go and finally my son told me you know what go to the dealership straight from the hip he tells you what it is and tells you what he can do and he gets it done and makes everything very easy and you probably out of the dealership my experience 3 hours so it was painless except for I had about a 45 minute test drive but other than that about two and a half hours in there and you're driving away with your vehicle it's they give you the best deal possible it's totally in line with the blue book value of whatever the vehicle is you're getting and they're going to do their best to make you happy I even drove away with four brand new tires and a full tank of diesel and I'm not talking a little tank of diesel my truck's a big girl she takes a lot of diesel so I was pretty pleased about that in fact it's two weeks later and I'm still on that tank but anyway this is the place to go if you want a car with no problems no questions about anything other than where am I going to park my car tonight thank you again Chevrolet More

My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2025 Tahoe from Ghent Chevrolet Cadillac, and the entire experience was outstanding. After our first visit, we both agreed — whether we ended up purchasing the Tahoe Ghent Chevrolet Cadillac, and the entire experience was outstanding. After our first visit, we both agreed — whether we ended up purchasing the Tahoe we test drove or doing a dealer trade, we weren’t going to work with anyone but Larry. He was our main sales rep and absolutely earned our trust from the start. Big shoutout to Larry, Justin, Eric, and Ted — these guys operated flawlessly as a unit to make me a deal I couldn’t refuse. No games, no pressure — just straight talk, professionalism, and a team effort that made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. WORST Dealership you could go to. Damaged my Engine in my 2012 Cadillac SRX and then tool NO RESPONSIBILITY. Just to have a key made for the vehicle. They never said they were go Damaged my Engine in my 2012 Cadillac SRX and then tool NO RESPONSIBILITY. Just to have a key made for the vehicle. They never said they were going to need to start the vehicle but did anyway and knew we just purchased it from an auction and did not have any information on it. The tech that was programming the key knew that we only wanted to get the E-Break released and needed a programmed key- that is all we asked and agreed to. The tech finished programming the key which took forever and then started the vehicle - got out and looked at the engine - I heard it sounded very bad - not a mechanic here and told him that he should turn it off. The tech just stood there and was looking at it. I asked my roommate who is a mechanic and he said to demand him to turn it off. By this time about a minute has gone by and I finally got the tech to turn it off but prior to him the ROD blew through the engine. No my understanding is if you take your vehicle to a dealership to have them work on it as soon as they take possession of the vehicle and start working on it what they do to it is their responsibility I have spend over a year and a half trying to get them to fix this and they continuously refuse to take responsibility not only that the OWNER of the dealership refuses to return any of my calls or emails. WOULD YOU ever take your vehicle or purchase a vehicle from a dealership that does not care for your vehicle and thinks they are not responsible for any possible damages they do to it? DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNTIL THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY - I have text and messages from the Manager at the dealership who said she would let her management team know and have someone contact me. NO ONE HAS ... I even reported this to the local news and heard nothing.. SO REVIEWS IT IS. More
