Just leased my second truck from Michael Lane Holloway at Ghent Chevrolet. While the initial experience seemed great, I found out later that they had lied to me about the terms of our deal and were not willi Ghent Chevrolet. While the initial experience seemed great, I found out later that they had lied to me about the terms of our deal and were not willing to honor what they had promised. Dealing with dishonest salespeople and management who won't make it right when the errors and lies are exposed is absolutely the worst experience possible. I will be looking for a different dealer who will be honest and keep their word. More

A lot. You bring your car in for an appraisal, they quote you, then when they tell you a price they don't stick to it. Got an appraisal, talked to a manager, asked my payoff, have me an off, I came back 2 days later, after I made a payment because it was due, so my payoff was lower, another manager came over and told me they can not pay me what I was quoted, they paid less, then told me it can take 4-6 weeks to get the money from them after they payoff the truck. DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THEM, SNAKES. Do not. They will screw you over. More

Horrible service! Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation in the morning was not ready until following day. Ultimately while on the lot(because they couldn't finish an oil change and tire rotation) rotation in the morning was not ready until following day.
