I have had excellent service from Glanzmann for 23 years. I'm now on my third Subaru, having first purchased a Legacy in 1996. Excellent Encore! The opportunity, Encore Service, to meet one-on-one about a month after purchasing a new car is nothing less than excellent! To me this is 'above and The opportunity, Encore Service, to meet one-on-one about a month after purchasing a new car is nothing less than excellent! To me this is 'above and beyond' customer service. I did my 'homework' before the visit to review the various manuals, etc, tried out a few items, and developed a list of questions or clarifications. Erick welcomed the preparation and answered every one of my questions and did it in a manner that was like a partner and not condescending. During this discussion he pointed out a few other items. He listened, he was supportive, he was great in explaining. If that was not enough, he even offered that I could call or send him an email if I ever had any questions and encouraged me to that even before looking it up in a manual. I was blown away with that offer and again shows the high focus of the entire Glanzmann organization on customer satisfaction. My final thoughts? Impressive! Memorable! Thank You! More

Best car buying experience of our lives . Not only was the pricing fair, the attention to making sure that we understood the car was outstanding. Justin drove with us and then sat in the . Two weeks later, Eric did the same thing. It was as if both men had all the time in the world for us. This was our first Subaru but it will certainly not be the last.
