We came in to look at an Xtrek and were greeted by Rey Modernel, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from the start. He was also quick, efficient, and tech-savvy, which helped make the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the negotiation process was extremely frustrating and nearly caused us to walk away. The finance manager, Mike Kagano, behaved unprofessionally by raising his voice at customers who were ready to purchase a vehicle and attempting to remove or shortchange us on deals and options that were supposed to be included in the package. This was a disappointing experience, especially when we were so close to finalizing the purchase. Throughout the ordeal, Rey remained calm, professional, and committed to helping us get a fair deal. He consistently advocated for us and demonstrated that he genuinely had our best interests at heart. His customer service and dedication made a significant difference in our overall experience. I would also like to recognize his Sales Manager, Anthony C., who was understanding of our concerns and stepped in to offer us a better package with additional inclusions. His willingness to listen and help improve the deal was greatly appreciated. If you’re looking to purchase an Xtrek, I highly recommend asking for Rey Modernel.He is the kind of salesperson who genuinely looks out for his customers and makes the buying process worthwhile. Anthony C. also deserves credit for helping resolve the situation. However, I strongly recommend being cautious when dealing with finance manager Mike Kagano. His approach to negotiations was unprofessional and nearly cost the dealership a sale. Rey and Anthony did an excellent job, but the finance manager’s behavior seriously undermined what should have been a positive car-buying experience. More

Reinaldo was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He knew all about the different vehicles and worked with us to find the SUV that we wanted. He suggested we test drive an SUV that we thought we didn’t want. He never pressured us to buy anything. We took the test drive at his suggestion and wound up buying that very vehicle. We are very happy with the SUV. Reinaldo even contacted us after the purchase to make sure we were happy and asked if we had any questions. He gave us his personal phone number so that if we had any questions and the dealership was closed, we could contact him. When it’s time to renew our lease, we look forward to working with Reinaldo again and will definitely ask for him. More

as a first time buyer I was originally nervous from all the horror stories I’ve heard of cars salesmen, never would I have imagined my experience would be so easy going and filled with laughter.
