Finally after walking out toward my car, a manager wants to sit down and do the deal, wastes 20 more minutes of my time, then says ok you got the deal, then hands me a paper to sign where he adds back in is fake dealer profit doc and other fees that I told him 2 hours ago it would need to be discounted off the msrp the dealership was going to add them back on to the sales contract, anyway he added $995 fee just to purchase the car doc fee, then a bunch of title and registration fees that are dealer profit items of $595 when the state only charges a $10 electronic filing fee and DeerField title will do all the paperwork electronically for $26, funny how this dealer steals from people and charges $595 for $36 in costs. Well any way I walked out didn't buy the car. Most dishonest dealership I ever went to, even the sales people names are fake. Was able to buy the same car at Another dealership. Even though I was able to get the car at only $500 below MSRP but with no dealer markups and no fake doc or other fake fees my deal from other dealer was$4800 less than from AL Hendrickson Toyota, I can not believe how people are willing to be scammed by this dealership More
