Waste of time Dont waste your time. I was an out of state buyer. Tickets booked and took day off from work. Loan was ready with the dealership. The day before i was Dont waste your time. The day before i was scheduled to pick up the car they call and tell me they cant find the keys and will call me when they get a copy. No call for weeks. I finally called and they told me the car was sold. Very unprofessional to work with, especially Faisal. always confused and lost about whats going on. More

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE I can see now why ppl complain so much about this place I've serviced my vehicle here 2 times! And wonder why are they even in business. Don't listen and never wash the car I've gotten my car back both times with grease inside my red leather!! And brown stuff on the outside!!! 2ndly the DONT even report your services to carfax and don't give you copy's of what was done I hate this place and am never going back for this I'll just go to Weston Toyota!!!!! This is the worse dealer ever !!! And let me add that the service manager ERIC IS A LIAR! Saying that they choose to not pay for the service of reporting information to carfax!!!! When there is no charge for it so HE LIED and when I asked for copies again of services performed he said I can get any Toyota store to pull it for me!!!! Another LIE!!! More
