I dealt with the internet team. Service was good to excellent. Excellent response times to establish a price, make a deposit and to get an appointment the next morning. Concierge Service was good to excellent. Excellent response times to establish a price, make a deposit and to get an appointment the next morning. Concierge met me as I pulled into the parking lot. The car was ready, but I had to wait about 45 minutes to see the F&I guy (Crespo). Some delay in that process because I had frozen my credit report and I had to unfreeze it. I had communicated with Marlon about joint ownership of the car, but apparently that did not get through to F&I. I kept the title in just my name to save time. After arriving home, I reported there was an error in my address ("SW" instead of "SE"). Haven't heard back regarding a resolution. Eric was fantastic taking care of the insurance. Sofia (I think that was her name) was fantastic providing an overview of the car features. I did make a credit card deposit of $1,000, but that credit has not yet been refunded (perhaps because of the holiday weekend). I am very pleased with the price and overall process (although it was not as easy or as fast as buying a Tesla). More

Unfortunately, it was not a smooth, easy or positive buying experience. There were gaps in communication by all team members, lack of clear information, and delays with receiving car.
