I dealt with Aaron for the initial drive and negotiations. Edson followed up with delivery and addressing any issues. Both guys are excellent and know their cars. I arrived on time but it wasn't ready. Edson offered to deliver the car to my home the following day. Much appreciated. There were several issues with the sale-- three items I paid for that were not in the car. Edson took care of each one. Some were on back order but they eventually arrived. Good customer service from two excellent salesmen. I was also pleased that the dealership has a tech guy dedicated to answering tech questions on a daily basis. Much needed and appreciated. More

When arrived at the dealership everything seemed great. Sales person was very friendly. . Originally the dealership tried to give me a lot less for my trade in . After a little back and forth the dealer Sales person was very friendly. . Originally the dealership tried to give me a lot less for my trade in . After a little back and forth the dealership agreed to give me the 21600 that my trade in was worth. When I got to the finance department I was told that there was a mix up with the value of my trade in . Again after some back and forth the finance person told me that they would give me the 21600 for my trade in . I used half of the equity of the trade in as a down payment and the dealership is supposed to give me a check for 3000 dollars. This has become another problem because nobody has been able to give me a real time frame on when I will be getting my check for 3000 dollars. I have be dealing with lexus for over 20 years and I have never had a problem until now. This was not a good experience at all. If anyone would like to contact me my number is 7862560414. More

Spoke in advance of visit with one of the managers to make sure dealer would honor National Lexus program. Did not want to waste time. Manager ended up assigning us to a sales associate who sent in advance of visit video of the wrong car for the car invoice that manager emailed to us. Called manager who apologized and stated things happen, don't worry, come in and we'll get you what you want for the price you want. Arrived to showroom and met sales associate who was disinterested in helping lease the car of desire. Lack of knowledge on product and seemed lazy. Tried to upsell to more expensive model. Once ready to move forward with lease on desire car, was delivered much higher number than promised on phone. Typical hoodwink situation from dealer. Very unpleasant. Left dealership. Following day placed call to Craig Zinn, dealer owner and Vladimir Keslin, General Manager. NEVER received a call back from them or their assistant despite multiple attempts. Finally a new car sales manager called because they wanted to make some deal since we left. After a back and forth, we made a deal but the experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you want to fight for a deal, come to this dealership but if you don't want to haggle and prefer great service and professionalism call JM Lexus who we dealt with in the pass and had good experiences.
