Since buying our 2009 Prius and 2012 Prius from Toyota, Maria Castillo is the only advisor we have come to trust and respect. Unfortunately a few week ago, my car battery died while I was working out of t Maria Castillo is the only advisor we have come to trust and respect. Unfortunately a few week ago, my car battery died while I was working out of town. Although we live five (5) minutes from Toyota in Sunnyvale, we chose to contact Maria Castillo and have our car service in Fremont. Ms. Castillo gave us great service that we have come to expect from her. We especially appreciated her on this repair because she gave us a cheaper rate that was quoted by Sunnyvale Toyota. The repair was over $3,500. In addition, she gave us a rental car (which allowed Kenneth to go to work). Finally, she even added a special bonus of washing our car. Ms. Castillo is a quality person that we consider a friend who we find professional, honest, and thoughtful. More

I scheduled an appointment at 10am and it took them 30 minutes to check me in. They continually checked in people who came in AFTER me because supposedly my advisor was on the phone.
