Sales rep. Adam Delli Bovi was great since he as assigned to me. Now, my initial interaction over the phone was with Brandi Sutton. I made an inquiry via TrueCar and had my loan already approved via PenFed to me. Now, my initial interaction over the phone was with Brandi Sutton. I made an inquiry via TrueCar and had my loan already approved via PenFed. I spoke with Brandi 3 times over the phone and once with Erin Costanzo to confirm everything was in order prior to making the travel to dealership, which was 1.5 hours away from my home. Brandi assured me she was keeping the keys of the stock number I had selected and asked me to drive to the dealership. To my surprise, not only Brandi didn't have the keys, the vehicle was still in transit, so, it was clearly a lie to get me to drive to the dealership. I was offered a different trim level, since my original configuration was not available, and it took hours to get to a deal, plus needed to run my credit once more since the terms were different from the ones I was approved already via PenFed. My 5 star rating is only due to Adam Delli Bovi, who was great during the whole process, but I don't think I'll ever do business with this dealership again due to misleading information and horrible overall experience on what was supposed a simple transaction with all the pre-work I had done prior to arriving. More

We looked at the Hyundai Santa Cruz pickup in Ocala with Tim Pinder. We didnt end up purchasing but our experience with him was wonderful. Never felt pushed or manipulated.
