"Very easy buying a car."
Our Sales person Alex Salata was very nice and willing to work with us. We purchased a used car and it had a dent in the rear quarter panel. He had them fix it and you can hardly tell it was ever there.
It was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this Dealership to my family and friends.

I sent over 25 emails to a sales associate trying to work a deal on the lease of a Honda CRV. He committed in writing to a monthly payment with terms that were acceptable to me. When I came to the dealership I was told ( in a very condescending manner) by the sales manager that the would NOT honor the deal. What they offered was significantly higher than what they had committed to. This is misleading, dishonest and unethical. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership in over 30 years of buying and leasing cars. Suburban Honda is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered.
"Great Customer Service"
I had been dealing with Erin for about 2 weeks and decided to come in and test drive. Erin was very personable, very welcoming and was more of a friend than a stranger trying to get a sale. I stay in detroit and pass 2 Honda dealerships before getting to Farmington, but because I didnt want to let Erin down I came there, A little disappointed that she doesnt sell cars but she gets you ready and explains everything to the salesmen. I work in sales myself and I think the biggest key is letting the customer fall in love with you, and thats what i did, I fell in love with Erin, so getting a honda was easy. I somewhat felt like she was family that I had to buy from. Hopefully this gets to her and Erin keep up the good work!
