Service department as always excellent I had good concerning care by all in service area. Only suggestion is let service department make own appointments since they are on site and aware of the workl concerning care by all in service area. I brought my truck in for a transmission leak on my 2023 GMC 2500 Denali. There has been fluid on my inspection port on the botton of the transmission bell housing for months. This is a known issue with the GMC 2500 Denali. There has been fluid on my inspection port on the botton of the transmission bell housing for months. This is a known issue with the 10 speed transmission. I have wiped it off several times and it comes right back. They said they saw the fluid but couldn't see where it was coming from.... I was also getting a diesel fuel smell coming out of my air vents when I stopped at a red light after driving awhile. It was obviously being drawn into the fresh air intake. They could not find a leak anywhere and said they recommended a new cabin air filter and duct sanitation..... They did however rotate the tires after I reminded them of my request when I made the appointment on line. They were very friendly though and told me to bring it back in if I saw anything leaking on the ground . More

I ran over something in the road and needed a new tire and wheel. Everyone I dealt with was great. The tire was immediately available and the wheel only took 2 days. I was getting ready to go on a trip ou and wheel. Everyone I dealt with was great. The tire was immediately available and the wheel only took 2 days. ERIN IS THE BOMB! !! Thankfully Anderson still has many of the Boyle employees. It was almost a 4 because I have to go back, after servicing (oil change) they forgot !! Thankfully Anderson still has many of the Boyle employees. It was almost a 4 because I have to go back, after servicing (oil change) they forgot to reset my servicing light. And it took much longer to program new keys than expected, or implied. But would never do that to Erin.. More
