Caleb Johnson worked with us buying our used 2019 Sonata. He was knowledgeable, capable, friendly, and more than willing to work with us getting all of our questions and concerns fully addressed. When it came time for the purchase paperwork, we saw Erin Costanzo. Erin was very knowledgeable and pleasant, until we were almost done. We felt that she pushed too hard to have us purchase additional coverage for the vehicle. My husband very firmly told her "no", but she pushed again. She began again with a canned rebuttal: "I'm curious...why wouldn't you want this coverage...?" He explained his reasons why he didn't want it and told her plainly "No". The third time she started with the "I'm curious, why wouldn't..." we felt frustrated and a bit angry. We felt we were in a vortex. He told her to move on and we finally finished the purchase. This hard sell part was really very unfortunate. Up until that moment, we were very pleased with Erin as she's a very capable person and we found it easy to be comfortable with her manner. More
