She's not your average sales rep. Erin Roberts IS the reason we purchased from 5 Star Hyundai. My bride and I live in Lithonia, GA and drove 2 hrs just to buy this vehicle from her. Erin Roberts IS the reason we purchased from 5 Star Hyundai. My bride and I live in Lithonia, GA and drove 2 hrs just to buy this vehicle from her. From the moment Erin followed up on my internet inquiry, she worked tirelessly to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that we were taken care of throughout the process. The website only had two pictures of the car so Erin sent me several pics herself. She even followed up with us on her day off. She personally took the vehicle out for a test drive on our behalf and provided immediate feedback since I could not be there at the time. When we came for the test drive, I found all of her feedback to be completely truthful. She and the finance manager even stayed late on the day we were to pick up the vehicle. never enjoyed buying a car until I bought from erin! I recently went on a shop around looking for a new car after my transmission went out on my old van and I wanted to know exactly what I was buying and I recently went on a shop around looking for a new car after my transmission went out on my old van and I wanted to know exactly what I was buying and I believe that this was my 4th or 5th dealership I went to. I was amazed at erin's product knowedge and calm demeanor (not pushy at all) I knew that this was where I want to do business and I drove out of there with a brand new 2016 sonata and I couldn't be happier!
