I saw a vehicle on car gurus and contacted the dealership. I called and spoke to Hisela. Since I would be traveling from Florida to test/buy, I requested a virtual walk around. Hisela did an awesome job at presenting the vehicle(Toyota Lime Rush TRD Pro) I even asked her to do an additional virtual facetime walk around so I could have her zoom in items such as hood/ and rims of 4-Runner due to being used demo vehicle. She was excellent from start to finished. A car picked me up from hotel to dealership and return trip. Upon my arrival at dealership she made sure the car was cleaned and 4Runner was in bays for inspection due to the rain. She even helped me find a hotel in downtown Portland and gave me a list of tourist things to do so I could enjoy my time before my return flight two days later. My car is being picked up at the dealership for transport to Florida. Definitely a positive experience because Hisela worked the entire deal from start to finish without being pushed from sales to finance etc. and she is the focal point for car carrier pickup. Thank You Hisela for everything. You ROCK! Also a shout out to Rob and Juan for transporting me safely to and from dealership. Everyone I encountered at dealership was friendly. More

I’ve had to request a warranty claim TWICE because the first time it was never put into the system by their service manager Levi. It has been almost a year and no resolution for the paint defects on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I definitely won’t be purchasing the new Tacoma from this dealership when it comes out like I’d planned on doing. 4/27/2024: I took my 2023 Tacoma in for the axle recall. They don’t provide a shuttle or even give you ride share credits. Be prepared to pay for your own ride if you need to get this done. It’s a brand new vehicle and it only has 2900 miles. Take care of the customer Beaverton Toyota (aka “Clear”). Apparently I have to pay for Toyotas issues. HORRIBLE service. This will be the first and last Toyota I will ever purchase. More

Beaverton toyota is not my favorite place, and I've had terrible experiences with the service department there. I took my 2023 Rav4 to be serviced today and she gave me the run down on Toyota care for new purchased Toyotas, AND the extended service warranty that I bought from the dealership for 1,500. She went above and beyond, by doing a oil change,, tire rotation, top off all fluids, and checked and changed the cabin filter, and air filter, right in front of me. When everything was done I went to sign my paperwork and I noticed some tree sap on the hood of my car. I asked her if maybe the detail shop had something to take the sap off. She checked and took my car to the small detail shop and had it removed for free. THANK YOU KENDALL FOR ALL YOUR HELP I HOPE BEAVERTON TOYOTA IS PAYING YOU A FAIR WAGE BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!! BEAVERTON TOYOTA NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU. More
