I want to say thank you to your sales rep. Jessie! His customer service is what pleased me the most. He was mellow, was not pushy at all! I've had car sales persons immediatly ask me how much do I make or what do I do for work. That's deal breaker for me. Jessie asserted himself in the right way, by listening to what I was looking for and showing me whatever I wanted w/out hesitation. I had a great experience. My first brand new truck purchase, paid in full! Thank you to all that I talked with. Everyone was very friendly. Easy to approach. More

I bought a few cars from Folsom Ford and sometimes we come to a deal and sometimes we haven’t but at the end of the day KENTUCKY is a good dude and he pulled a solid on this one for sure. I think the biggest thing moving forward is the service department serving great customer service if something is needed hopefully not that’s why I buy a new vehicles but in the past, seems like a lot of service departments fail to have the knowledge and do their job. I hope to build a better relationship with Folsom FORD again cause I love my FORD. More
