I've had car sales persons immediatly ask me how much do I make or what do I do for work. That's deal breaker for me. Jessie asserted himself in the right way, by listening to what I was looking for and showing me whatever I wanted w/out hesitation. I had a great experience. I bought a few cars from Folsom Ford and sometimes we come to a deal and sometimes we haven’t but at the end of the day KENTUCKY is a good dude and he pulled a solid on this one for sure. I think the biggest thing moving forward is the service department serving great customer service if something is needed hopefully not that’s why I buy a new vehicles but in the past, seems like a lot of service departments fail to have the knowledge and do their job. I hope to build a better relationship with Folsom FORD again cause I love my FORD. More
