Good times. This was a fun experience. I can be difficult at times when it comes to big purchases because I won't budge unless I feel comfortable with my decision This was a fun experience. I can be difficult at times when it comes to big purchases because I won't budge unless I feel comfortable with my decision. This was no exception but after meeting my sales representative, a Mr. Ernest Clarke, he quickly answered questions and concerns I had. We drove a few cars to see which was a better fit for me (Even going as far to giving me a small standard transmission refresher course because I expressed interest.) Overall the experience was an adventure which is largely due to the patient staff. Great experience and it lead to a great buy. 10/10 Would Ernest again. More

I recently purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee from them and it was a pleasure to work with them from beginning to end. They were very quick to respond to my requests for info, they were extremely generous on their trade in offer, and they knew what they were talking about when it came to the vehicles and financing. I worked with Dion, Ernest, and Derek and they were the best. Seriously, you probably won't find a dealership with nicer folks or better prices. Highly recommend Hayes in Lawrenceville. More
