Very smooth transaction! I looked for a slightly used car for months, well I really lucked out to find it at Hays dealership. It was a very easy transaction & I love my car! Earnest was knowledgeable and prompt to answer my questions. He even delivered my car to me in Dawsonville to save me a trip back to get it. It was in the shop for a sunroof repair. Only negative was the detail job was less than I hoped for, lots of grease on the headliner and outside of the car due to the repair I think. Also my seat belt will not retract (safety issue for sure). So, I would suggest more attention to details on the shop side of the dealership. More

I hate car salesmen! But wait, there's hope. I hate car salesmen! Typically they make my skin crawl. However, Ernest was true to his name, he's Earnest. He didn't give me the song and dance and did everything in his power to work with us. We are not the easiest customers as we have specific tastes and are not flexible in our opinions. Time after time, Hayes has gotten us into a car that we are very satisfied with and where we actually walk away happy with our purchase and never have we had buyers remorse. They seem to make the impossible possible and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Specifically, the Sales Manager, Magdalena Babiarz, makes miracles happen. We have bought three cars from her and four from Hayes. If in the future we have the need to purchase again, Hayes, Magdalena and Ernest is our first stop. I guess I better rethink the whole, "I hate car salesmen" opinion. More

Ernest Clarke assisted me with finding the specific vehicle that I wanted, and he was friendly and open and honest about each vehicle that he showed me, as well as how important it was to him that he match my price point. Jim Sells was quick and efficient with prepping the paperwork, and Joe Lary was excellent with finalizing all of the financial details. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. More

He tried to meet all if my needs and understood exactly what I wanted. Ernest was very upfront with the pricie of the vehicle and I feel that I paid the right price. When that vehicle was not on the lot he got it from another dealership. Bonnie in financing was extremely pleasant to work with also. Harrison delivered my car today and I couldn't be more pleased. He also took the time to go over all of the features. I really liked how these two worked together to get me what I wanted at the right price. As someone who is in sales, I value customer service and salesmanship. These two gentlemen exhibited both and I highly recommend using the Internet services at Hayes. More

In talking to other people about my plans to car shop at this location, everyone immediately gave me their approval. I was referred to Dion specifically but he and another salesman Ernest both ended up helping me. They listened to what I wanted and were very helpful in tracking down the right car for me. They gave me so much knowledge about the model I was looking at. Even Derek, the one helping me with my financing was so friendly and knowledgeable. Being a 26 year old girl, purchasing a car on your own can be very intimidating to say the least! I didn't once feel stupid asking any questions or taken advantage of.
