This was the first time initiating purchasing a vehicle online. The online person, Chance Gros, was excellent in explaining the features of the different Honda Accord models. Salesperson Ernest “Lee” Gregorie actually contacted me with the model and color I was thinking about. A showing was arranged at my convenience. Mr Gregorie was excellent on explaining the different drive and safety features of the vehicle when I took it for a short ride to test drive it. The actual purchase was hazzle free with a little giving and taking to make the purchase affordable for me. I was also shown the location of the Service Department and introduced to the staff. I was very impressed with the fresh look and cleanliness of the dealership. I would certainly recommend this dealership. More
