So while Ernesto did a good job at selling me a vehicle Joe Fulner the finance manager saved the deal due to some last minute financing issues. The credit union I bank with in Orlando could not finance the vehicle because the dealership does not except site drafts. Keep that in mind when you’re purchasing from Automax. Joe was able to match my rate and terms with a local credit union in Ocala so I completed the purchase. The vehicle is beautiful and was, in my opinion, a good deal compared to some other offers I had. More

He was very friendly, informative, and not the slightest bit pushy. We went on a few no pressure test drives before I decided which car I wanted. He dropped the sticker price to the internet price of the car, then knocked more off before I could even begin to haggle. The whole process from the time I walked in to the time I left in my new car was not but 90 minutes or so. The entire staff was very friendly, efficient, and made sure I understood all of the terms before I signed anything. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a nice car at a great price. More
