He was also knowledgeable about each of the vehicles features which was refreshing because at other dealerships I visited the sales people I met with barely new about cars. So while Ernesto did a good job at selling me a vehicle Joe Fulner the finance manager saved the deal due to some last minute financing issues. The credit union I bank with in Orlando could not finance the vehicle because the dealership does not except site drafts. Keep that in mind when you’re purchasing from Automax. Joe was able to match my rate and terms with a local credit union in Ocala so I completed the purchase. The vehicle is beautiful and was, in my opinion, a good deal compared to some other offers I had. More

Quick, painless, enjoyable I knew what I was looking for when I went in. Was greeted by Ernesto as we walked up who was happy to help me out. He was very friendly, informative, and not the slightest bit pushy. We went on a few no pressure test drives before I decided which car I wanted. He dropped the sticker price to the internet price of the car, then knocked more off before I could even begin to haggle. The whole process from the time I walked in to the time I left in my new car was not but 90 minutes or so. The entire staff was very friendly, efficient, and made sure I understood all of the terms before I signed anything. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a nice car at a great price. More

I was treated with respect and was able to negotiate the deal I needed in order to purchase my vehicle. I had a very positive experience with AutoMax. They were eager to sell the vehicle, but more eager to do all they could to work with me. Ernesto was a delight to work with along with everyone I came in contact with. The gentleman that did my paperwork was also a delight. I can not remember his name. I hate that. With all the paperwork we had to do, he was funny and explaining it to me every step of the way. He made it a very comfortable experience. Everyone from the time i arrived until I left was friendly. Buying a vehicle can be a very stressful experience.
