AutoMax Ocala was more eager to push a sale for themselves than support a customer buying their first vehicle. There has been no replies from any staff or support when contacted multiple times a themselves than support a customer buying their first vehicle. There has been no replies from any staff or support when contacted multiple times after vehicle died less than 2 weeks after it's purchase. Spending more on repairs than the down payment on a part that was recalled by the manufacturer. More

The AutoMax Protection and Reconditioning fee that they charge are a scam and just more money for them. They said it was for the work they did on the vehicle to get it ready to sell and make sure everythi charge are a scam and just more money for them. Well, I bought mine 5 days ago and it’s already in the shop so what did they do except charge me for something they didn’t do. I’m disappointed. More

Jesse in finance worked to get me the best rates and a payment I can afford. Ramon conducted behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfectly done. Very thankful to this great team. I initially called another dealership first and wasn't heard. This team heard and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted. More
