This is the worst dealership around. Because they're in Palm Springs I think they take advantage of people. I took my vehicle in at 8:00 a.m. and the service advisor Mike Flores told me he would call me and update me. 3:00 p.m. rolls around I called and touch base with Mike he says he has no information yet but before the end of the day he would call me. Nothing, I called back again at 4:30 and he is gone for the day and so are all the other service advisors. They had my vehicle all day and did nothing?? They get paid for the warranty work, but the treatment was unacceptable. If I had not called at 4:30 I would have no vehicle. There was one girl left there that stayed till 5:30. I arrived at 5:20 to pick my vehicle up and will never do business with that place again. Even the sales department when I asked for the big boss, he's gone for the day. Nobody cared, but guaranteed if you're spending money there, they don’t care. Don't waste your time with this dealership. On 9/29/22 I took my car for oil change and tire rotations and I end up paying $375. They had me drop off my car and it took 2 days for them to return my car. I feel that they rip me off since they rotations and I end up paying $375. They had me drop off my car and it took 2 days for them to return my car. I feel that they rip me off since they charged me $165 for check and Advise ?!?!? xxx is that fee for ? When I pick up my car the told me that I needed new tire which I already knew. When I ask the representative why they charge that for since they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car he told me that it was because they drove my car and inspected. Ain’t they supposed to do that anyways when they bring in their car for service?!? Extremely upset and NEVER bringing my car back to that place I will ensure that I spread the word on social media as well for such a poor service and for stilling $165 dollars !!! More
