Promises made--promises NOT kept!!.... Errol Ogle --my salesman was very good----But the overly pushy, disingenuous, and brusque manager who rushed me into a lease--without driving the car and seeing the salesman was very good----But the overly pushy, disingenuous, and brusque manager who rushed me into a lease--without driving the car and seeing the far lesser performance of the LX as opposed to my 8 previous EX's --AND insisting it be done that day--the 30th, to get the supposed great incentive deal--- when I was absolutely not ready to exchange my car on that day and promised to rush the Sirius/XM I insisted on because of my partial deafness-------- within the week and at minimal inconvenience to me- NOT to order from an outside vendor which may take weeks and then take days to install necessitating a loaner for a few days which was NOT a part of our agreement!!!.....I More
