I went to metro Ford to buy a car after mine got totaled in a hail storm. After such stress and event I wanted an easier car buying experience. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and found a go in a hail storm. After such stress and event I wanted an easier car buying experience. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and found a good deal at this dealership online. However, when I went in I felt like they were talking down to me the entire time. They gave me a price that was $3000 more than what it was listed online and then the salesman tried to get me to pay it by saying “what’s the difference if the monthly payment stays the same”. It took me getting up and getting ready to leave or them to give me the price they actually listed it as. Then in finance the guy was very demeaning and told me “the fun part is over. This is when things get real and hard”. I felt the whole time like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a girl in my twenties. Although I ended up Leaving with the car I wanted at the price I asked, I would never recommend for anyone (especially young girls) to guy buy a car there. More

I came in to just look at the truck. And they really worked with me and tried to get me the best deal they could. And to me that means a lot. Considering most dealerships would just pass you over if you worked with me and tried to get me the best deal they could. And to me that means a lot. Overall our experience has been less than expected. We've not had returned calls. Our salesman wasn't honest and apparently only wanted a sale. We had to purchase brakes (which had we been told we were being not had returned calls. Our salesman wasn't honest and apparently only wanted a sale. We had to purchase brakes (which had we been told we were being charged an outrageous amount we would have taken the car to my dad who is a mechanic). I don't feel we should have paid anything for brakes. That should have been taken care of prior to the car being placed on the lot. We question many things on the car and were told it hadn't been detailed and the stuff would get taken care of, none of it did. I'd give Patrick 100 stars if I could. He has been amazing to work with and very helpful. He has even helped with things he should have never had to handle. He truly wants to do what is right for your customers. More
