Drove over 4 hours to get a car. Car was not as described over the phone by Madison or in pictures. Supposedly went through the service shop and was going to be ready for us to buy Car was not as described over the phone by Madison or in pictures. Supposedly went through the service shop and was going to be ready for us to buy but it was filthy & Erron made excuses as to why the check engine light was on; why the windshield was cracked; why a back passenger window was shattered; why it didn’t have a back up camera, cruise control, Bluetooth access; why there was unreported peeling paint, cracked fenders, non working mirror adjustment knobs etc. Erron doesn’t know about VIN’s. I could go on but just read the other negative reviews and you’ll see why I and others will avoid this place. I was told to call Madison back and talk to her because she wouldn’t come downstairs to see me face to face. As I tried to call her , Erron was already on his phone talking to someone and laughing while looking back at me. I sent Madison two more emails with no response either. We left without a car because of your salesmanship. I will tell everyone I know (and those I don’t) about how this dealership treated us. More

Brandon Ward did a great job showing me multiple Mustangs, answering my questions, and letting me test out the vehicles until I felt comfortable deciding on a purchase. We talked for about a week ab Mustangs, answering my questions, and letting me test out the vehicles until I felt comfortable deciding on a purchase. We talked for about a week about my trade in, that was in the shop for recall work, and what I was looking for. Erron also helped me out on Brandon's behalf with a test drive and questions. Brandon agreed to meet a competing trade in offer and worked with me on getting a price we could agree on for the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to get what I was looking for and good financing terms. Over all the experience was one of the better car buying experiences I have had. I never felt like Brandon was high pressure, disingenuous, or any of the other stereotypical traits people don't want to experience in a car salesman. I realized I had left part of a seat cover in my trade in the day after I bought the vehicle and Brandon and Cody both looked for it and helped me to recover it. I recommend for anyone to check out Metro Ford first if you're in the market for a new vehicle. More

Staff was very friendly and helpful each time I came to the dealership. Erron is a very God saleman. Worked with me through every step from ordering my vehicle to its arrival. Had a cracked windshield a week after I bought my Bronco. Denise worked with in service Dept. Wasn't pleased with the way that Ford Head office handled. Situation. But Denise assisted me in getting the information I needed to eventually get my windshield replaced anyway. More

Overall I had a decent experience. My sales person Overall I had a decent experience. My sales person unfortunately was not very informed and that's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I don't even remember his name and he didn't give me a business card. I do know he drives a silver Mercedes Benz though. While on the test drive I said "tell me about your extended warranty and how that works" to which he replied "I'm not sure how that works, the finance people in the back handle that." I also informed him that the tire tread was low. He said " our mechanics look at all the vehicles and it is what it is." Overall he really didn't do anything for me and wasn't very friendly. More or less he was a glorified lot porter. The most helpful thing he did was pull the vehicle around. I would have been happy to purchase tires or come to some sort of agreement with the dealership since I know some of my students work in the shop. Unfortunately like the sales person said "it is what it is." I have an appointment to have them changed later next week with another company. LUCKILY the back of the house is great! The Patrick Watson should be out on the floor selling cars. That guy had all the answers to all my questions, was very friendly and very personable. I would buy a car a million times over from the finance guy. He worked the numbers where I could get a service contract, gap insurance, and finance my TT&L within my budget at the length of time I requested the loan to be. Please get this guy a pay raise and whatever else he wants. Without this guy I would have probably gone somewhere else. THANK YOU PATRICK FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!! More
