Kevin Jave, Manager, was excellent in crafting a great deal on the leasing of my 2026 Tucsan. However, Craig Plocker in Finance and Erwin Apurillo in Sales refused to answer my telephone calls, text mess deal on the leasing of my 2026 Tucsan. However, Craig Plocker in Finance and Erwin Apurillo in Sales refused to answer my telephone calls, text message, and email regarding my request for a detailed line by line accounting of the $4715.12 I paid in administrative fees. I would suggest to future customers to be very wary of this aspect of the leasing process. More

Erwin was wonderful to buy a car from. I came in just to test drive it, but we ended up making a deal and coming back the next day to pick it up. He was wonderful to work with. I would have liked it if the process to finalize the docs was shorter. It took 3 hours and I still had a long drive home on a rainy monday night. But I dont think that was a reflection of Erwin. More
