Oh yes so here's the story and I'm not so small nutshell. Months before my 2023 Tucson was due I was getting a call from a person from Hyundai named Shah. I kept telling him I will call him a month or so before the lease was due. I started calling him about 5 weeks ago. And he told me because my present 2023 Tucson only had 1100 miles on it, not even, I will be able to trade in my 2023 Tucson for a brand new Tucson no money down and the same amount I've been paying which was $300 a month. So even though the last communications by phone or by email with Shah was I will see you Saturday due to the appointment when we got there Saturday to only find out he doesn't work there. You never said that and I thought my appointment was with him. My salesman was Irwin who was excellent in my financial guy was Jay who was also excellent. However I was told about the new vehicle was not true. I even received something in the mail that told me no money down trade in new vehicle for the same monthly payments. Once again to make a long story short, it ended up I'm paying $379 a month. $80 more a month than I did before which was not what I was told. I also do to destination fees and everything else, which I don't understand why I have to pay for the destination fee to get to the dealership, I had to also put $2,000 towards that just to keep it at 379 a month. Something's wrong didn't work out like I was promised. Yes I like the car. Anything you can do would be helpful. And also being there for 6 hours is and was ridiculous. Thank you. Blaise Ravalli

I sent a reply due to you asking for more information and if there is anything else you can do. I must say that I did read that that $1,600 destination fee is worked into the price of the vehicle. In other words the sticker price. So if it's worked into the sticker price why did I have to pay it up front also.? Sounds like double dipping can you please reply? Thank you
