The overall service and experience from Family Toyota overall has been above average. After signing with the finance department it was going smooth. At that time I was told car would be ready the next day. That Saturday we text back and forth and I waited and waited. That late evening is when I was finally told it wouldn't be ready for one reason or another. So, there was that, the miscommunication between the salesmen and myself when vehicle would be ready. A couple more days of going back and forth,I then explained to Marcus and David in detail the frustration I was feeling and why. Four days later I picked up my Rav 4. Knowing the situation two did offer me a couple of perks to compensate my time and I do appreciate that. Marcus obviously a people person is a good one to have on your team, David is too. I work in sales myself and one of the most valuable lessons I have learned overall is that you promise only what you can guarantee and that then will eliminate any non-doable expectations /disappointments. Excellent experience with my salesman Cristian. He was thorough, very well versed on all of Toyotas vehicles and honest. He went the extra mile to ensure everything went well and ALL my questions were an thorough, very well versed on all of Toyotas vehicles and honest. He went the extra mile to ensure everything went well and ALL my questions were answered. I usually dislike vehicle purchases. Don't get me wrong as it's still not my favorite thing to do but Cristian and the staff definitely raised it from just above visiting the dentist to a much higher level. I appreciate his manager stopping to say hello and Thank me for purchasing from them. Raad in finance was very cordial and effective at his job. I stopped by parts to get a couple of items and received the same friendly and helpful service. Other salespeople were friendly and offered assistance but were not pushy.....a very big item in my book. Just to throw Cristian a curve, I told him my payment wasn't high enough....he barely missed a beat and was ready to handle it. We laughed and so did many others. My point is everyone's attention to detail and making the customer a priority was great in my book. I will most definitely return for my next vehicle and won't hesitate to reccomend friends to this dealer. My only open question is if the Service Department is as good. I hope that it is. Thank you to Cristian and the entire team I worked with. Two others I almost forgot, the very nice receptionist at the phone who I wish I could remember her name and to Bob I think in finance who handled my DD-214 that I dropped off the next day. He was great. More

Outstanding Service My wife and I drove to Texas to visit family from Alabama. We had the car towed to Family Toyota, where everyone was courteous and attentive to help us get back on the road again. I can't tell you how many times I've been to a dealership in the service area and everyone walks by you as if you were a statue. Every single person there asked me if I had been helped or if I needed help. As a consumer, I was in service actually looking for help and that made a huge impression on me. Tristian was the rep that actually assisted me and I can't begin to tell you how helpful he was. I had to order a new rim to replace the damaged one and he brought me the pressure sensor and the center hub from the damaged one. I had totally forgot about that, but he took the time to retrieve it for me instead of letting it go then expecting me to buy new parts when it came time to put the new rim on. Thank you all at Family Toyota! I have/will let everyone know that this is the best Toyota dealership to go to! More

Best Experience Ever Buying a New Car! I discovered Family Toyota on the internet. Their website was easy to navigate and very informative. I quickly found the vehicle of my dreams. I am retired and live in a rural area with no Toyota dealerships nearby. They were all a substantial distance from where I live. Family Toyota of Burleson had the Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium model I was looking for. I made the hour drive to the dealership to see how they could help me. The drive was definitely worth it. After an initial visit to the outstanding and very helpful parts department, I was met in the showroom by Michael Moseley. Michael was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable about the Toyota products. Michael quickly found the vehicle I was looking for and accompanied me on a test drive. I was quickly sold on the vehicle and ready to deal. Michael and his sales manager worked with me to get the great deal I was looking for. There was no pressure or any of the other games that I had experienced in the past at other car dealerships. I drove home the same afternoon in a new, finely detailed Toyota 4Runner. Family Toyota of Burleson was a refreshing experience. I would recommend Michael Moseley and Family Toyota of Burleson to everyone who is looking to buy a Toyota. More
