What a novel concept!! Roseville Infiniti changed my perception of car dealers. I've dealt with many car dealers and gotten screwed over by a few. It's never been a fun way to spend the day by any means. This place is different. My communication started via email with sales gal Esther who replied within minutes to my inquiry. I then came in she showed me the truck I was interested in, answered all my questions and best of all, she was not your typical high pressure, hard sell salesperson. She knows her business but doesn't come across with that superior attitude that many sales people do. Super personality. Jeff, the manager, was equally great. Knowledgable, helpful and great personality. And zero pressure. The finance gal, Becky, knows her business backwards and forwards and gets it done! And while taking care of business, she was fun! I thoroughly love this place! I got my truck, paid an extremely good price for it and the whole thing was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had. I highly recommend it and these people. And don't think Roseville Toyota is the only game in town....I got a badass Tacoma from Roseville Infiniti and didn't get screwed...yay!! More
